Hi-Tech WebShop and Esotheric B.V. respect and protect your privacy.
We value extremely your confidence in our company, and naturally, and as for the
law, all
personal information that you deliver to us, is given the most strict handling,
mostly automatically, and is treated as confidential.. All orders are worked out
by our electronic internet software, and your customer data is used only for the
purpose of the order dispatch, and such. You will be informed about special
actions and promotions only if you have chosen to, and you can change those
preferences at any time through your "customer account".
Hi-Tech WebShop and Esotheric B.V. will never sell or in any other way pass
any of this information to third parties, and you can change this data at any
time through your "customer account", login in with
your username and password. If you have lost it, you can retrieve it
here.

Service & Warranty
General
With each product we deliver, you will get an order confirmation. This
confirmation is your purchase prove, and your warranty claim too. Sometimes the
products themselves have a separate warranty and registration from the factory.
Keep those together with your purchase prove, as if any defect should appear,
you will need them to claim your warranty. Store them carefully, as we cannot
provide any copy of them.
Reparations & Warranty
With all of our products, you have a standard warranty of one year, but in many
cases (as example HDDs) the factory will provide an extended period, from two
up to five years. There will be exceptions, as for used items, and some special
offers, that will be clearly stated in the product description, and sometimes in
your purchase note. As by any chance a product would expose a factory defect, or
were to break during the specified warranty period, , you can claim your
warranty with the producer or the factory. For this purpose, and at our own
discretion, we will discuss with you about the kind of problem, and sometimes
will we take the reparation under our own warranty, or will instruct you to send
the product back to the distributor or factory. To obtain this information, you
have to contact us to obtain an R.W.A. number..
Returning a product
When you have to send us back a product, you will need a R.W.A. (retour with authorisation) number.
This number can also be asked with the same contact form. You will have to send
the product at your own cost and risk (we recommend you to use an insured pack
with tracking number) and we will send it back to you free of charge. Warning:
Not paid postal packages or without an R.W.A. number are not accepted, and will
be returned to you!
After your request has been processed by our Customer Service, you will get the
R.W.A. number and instructions about how and to whom you have to send your
product.
